Accessing Justice: Appraising Class Actions Ten Years After Dutton, Hollick & Rumley

Prof. Jasminka Kalajdzic is organizing a conference to be held March 28-29, 2011 at the University of Windsor aimed at assessing the growth of class actions in English Canada over the past decade. 4th International Conference on the Globalization of Collective Litigation

Approximately 60 practitioners and academics from South and North America, Europe and Australia met at Florida International University Law School in Miami on Dec. 10 - 11, 2010 to share information, perspectives and research plans regarding class actions and other forms of collective litigation.
